Potato and Bacon Scones

These taste fantastic!  But, I don’t make them as often as I should, probably because I prefer the little bite size ones which take longer to cook.    We eat these as the main breakfast dish, but they would also taste great accompanied with eggs!
Ingredients: makes 2-3 servings; 88 calories per scone.
