You’ll have to carrot that weight!

As a kid, I was never fond of cooked carrots. Raw carrots, yum, but not cooked! This recipe changed my world. I can’t remember exactly where I found it, and I didn’t bring the recipe with me to Europe, but I know it more or less by heart.
