FCC1: Flan de legumes

Since my camera was on the fritz the day of my first French cooking class (FCC1), most of my pictures did not come out. So instead, I have a photo of a specific type of cauliflower that we used that day (though I am not entirely sure what it is called in English).

FCC1: Apertif et Entree

For my first French cooking class (FCC1), back in November, we made:

Aperitif: Allumettes aux noisettes et au thym
Entree: Bouchees venitiennes
Plat principal: Roule de Porc Roti avec flan de legumes

Desset: Tarte tatin aux Pommes, Kiwi, et Oranges
